The bulletin board is intended to be a conduit for communicating with members and allow the club to post information and notifications for up coming events.

Wednesday, May 14 - VOTE! GENERAL MEETING & ELECTION NOTIFICATION. The election for the Maple Leaf Aerie 2311 president will be held on May 14, between 12 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. All members must present a signed 2024-2025 membership card in order to vote. The results will be announced at the general meeting that will immediately follow. Congratulations to Kevin Cunningham on his election as Aerie 2311 president. A special thankyou to Bob Boag for his much appreciated service and devotion.

Thursday, May 15 - QSDL - A League Singles. Week 6. Make up week for rescheduled games at 7:30 pm.

Friday, May 16 - Members' Book Draw 7:30, followed by Bar Bingo 7:45 pm.

Saturday, May 17 - Mini Olympics. Come on down around 1 pm to register and for selection of teams. Sign up sheet is posted in the lounge. See image below!

Sunday, May 18 - A Charity Dart Challenge. Mike “The Midnight Rider” Keenan vs Huges “l’ Assassin” Azambre at 2:00 pm. A fund raising tournament will follow the exhibition. For more information see the visuals posted below.

Thursday, May 22 - QSDL - A League Singles. Week 7. Play begins at 7:30 pm.

Friday, May 23 - Members' Book Draw 7:30, followed by Bar Bingo 7:45 pm.

Saturday, May 24 - Shuffleboard $1 a game, free pool in lounge and darts in main hall if boards are available.

Sunday, May 25 - 4 TV screens available to show different sporting events. A friendly Poker or Euchre game normally gets organized between 3 and 4 PM. for those interested in playing. Free Pool. Shuffleboard $1 a game. Darts if Boards available.

Money raised will help support Baycrest, Canada’s global leader in dementia research, where scientists are pioneering break throughs to prevent, detect, and treat cognitive decline.

The Mini Olympics are back! The event will last for approximately 3 hours. Half of all funds collected will be donated to the the Aerie Charity Fund. All members and guests are welcome. For a fun afternoon of darts, pool and shuffleboard com'n down.
